WHAT WILL YOU LEARN How to assess, identify and accurately describe the qualities and characteristics of individual coffees. The ways in which origin, variety, processing methods and roasting techniques impact and contribute to the coffee in your cup. How to be more confident and informed in front of a coffee menu. What to look for when buying a bag of coffee. How to get the most out of your coffee equipment at home. WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY A small group class of up to 10 people in a relaxed setting for 2 hours. No previous coffee knowledge necessary - but a high level of enthusiasm required! Drink all the coffee you like while in the course Light Tapas menu to eat during the afternoon Finish off the afternoon with a house made Espresso Martini. ABOUT YOUR TUTOR Elliyah heads up our coffee team at the TRH. She brings over 15 years experience in the coffee industry - Her infectious passion stems from the triumph of serving the perfect cup and she relishes in helping others experience this. Her years as both the barista/barista trainer and consumer have enabled her to become a true aficionado. Elliyah will guide you through all the processes and terminology needed for you to feel like a proper coffee guru.
